Prices may vary depending on your dates of stay and seasonal demand. Final tariff is confirmed at the time of booking. If fewer than 4 guests stay, billing is still calculated for 4 guests.
Meals are not provided. Guests may self-cook using the fully equipped kitchen or order from Swiggy/Zomato. You are welcome to bring your own caterer.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment. Aadhaar card of all guests should be provided, and full payment must be completed before check-in.
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds in case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.
Ashokavani Farms offers a peaceful, beautifully maintained outdoor venue for weddings, receptions, engagements, family gatherings, cultural events and private celebrations — surrounded by open lawns and greenery.
Guests are welcome to bring their own decorators, caterers and photographers. We're happy to share references of local vendors familiar with the venue. Generator arrangements, if required, are coordinated by the event vendor.
Venue booking includes a 12-hour event slot, and events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Extra hours or early setup access may be accommodated subject to availability and prior approval.
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event. A refundable security deposit of ₹25,000 applies. Date changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Sound systems and music must comply with permitted timings. Guests are requested to help maintain cleanliness and follow responsible waste disposal.
