RATES
Weekdays (Mon–Thu)
- ₹1299 per person – up to 8 guests
Weekends & Holidays (Fri–Sun)
- ₹1499 per person – up to 8 guests
Note: Prices may vary depending on your dates of stay and seasonal demand. Final tariff will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Minimum Occupancy
- Minimum billing is for 4 guests per night.
- If fewer than 4 guests stay, the tariff will still be calculated as for 4 guests.
FOOD AND KITCHEN
- Meals are not available at the farmstay. Guests can use the kitchen for self-cooking or order online from Swiggy/Zomato.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Aadhaar card copies are required for all guests staying at the farmstay.
- Please ensure the full payment is completed before check-in.
HOUSE RULES
- The use, possession, or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will be reported to the appropriate authorities as per law.
- Any additional guests beyond the number confirmed in the booking will be charged, regardless of whether they stay overnight.”
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- A standard quantity of firewood is provided for the bonfire. Any additional firewood required will be charged extra, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.
